Refund policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it back to us in new condition within 10 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.
- If you do really want to return the item back to us, please contact with us directly first, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us first.
- The returned item should be in good new condition, we do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, or we have right to refuse your returning request.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions, please do not worry about it.
- Please note that we don't bear the shipping fee sending to you and returning to us unless quality problems.
- Customized products are not eligible for refund or exchange unless quality problems.
Please do not send your purchase back to the shipper without permit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jackleatherstudio.com
